How to make the right decision?
Book of Ruth cap.: verse 1 to 5 (and succeeded in that, in the days when the judges thought there was a famine in the land: for a man from Bethlehem in Judah went to sojourn in the land of Moab, he and his wife and children, and the name of this man elemeleque, and the name of his wife Naomi, and the names of their children and malom quillion and came to the country of Moab and remained there.
And Elimelech, the husband of Naomi, and she was left with her two children whom they took for themselves Moabite women: and the name of an orphan and the other rute and stayed there almost 10 years and died also both Mahlon and Quillion, thus this woman was left of her two sons and her husband.)
Who has not experienced difficulty or trouble in this life. We've all had. I see here the story of a man named Elimelech and who lived in Bethlehem, the irony because Bethlehem means house of bread, it was God's land.
more time spent by the difficulty was in crisis. Then they began to encounter some difficulties such as shortage of food etc.. I want to draw attention to the life of this man who became the overnight because of a wrong decision. Is what often happens to us. We say that we are servants, but at the moment to prove it to God, we walk on our own feet.
Every servant has a master. If you do not know yet, your God is. So this man decided to leave the land of Bethlehem, with his entire family without consulting the Lord, for he heard in Moab had to buy land and prosperity.
Beloved, all that prosperity comes from the Lord's curse. That's what happened with him and his family. Wrong decision, disastrous consequence, and he had to pay a high price for it.
The worst is that if we we suffered alone with our decisions, but often the family goes along. Dear brothers, this man paid with his life and his children, leaving her helpless woman with two daughters.
Watch the decisions that you've been taking, because you can have good consequences and / or bad. David, before leaving to fight, he consulted the Lord. He said: "Lord thy presence go with me?". And the Lord answered: "You go David, I will go with you." So David went up. Good thing is we walk in the Lord's will for our lives, loved ones, because we can walk safely.
Well, if you have a decision to be taken, think and remember: when in doubt do not.
May God bless you more and more ...
With love in Christ Jesus.
